Short-Term Vacation Rental

  • Create and write your listing for online platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO

  • Stage and photograph your property

  • Manage all correspondence with guests in a timely manner through online listing platforms

  • Pre-stay walk-through with prospective renters

  • Provide guest gifts and other small details that enhance their stay

  • Property visits to address any issues that arise during a guest’s stay

  • Post-stay walk-through to check for missing or damaged items

  • Request reviews to improve search results for your property, with the goal of achieving preferred status such as Superhost on Airbnb.

  • Schedule and coordinate turn-overs and cleaning

  • Provide signage indicating house rules, emergency contacts, and state-required notifications.

Long-Term Rentals (2+ months)

  • Market property using online platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpad, and Facebook

  • Receive and evaluate rental applications, complete credit and background checks, and check references to find the best renter for your home

  • Draft lease agreements, conditions statements, and disclosures

  • Advise on setting up a security deposit bank account

  • Schedule and coordinate turn-overs and cleaning

Property Management

  • Obtain quotes and manage contractors for any necessary repairs

  • Complete a check list of recommended seasonal maintenance (winter prep, smoke detectors, air conditioners, landscaping, etc.)

  • Create a website for your property. Highlighting its features so future renters can reach out directly to me if they aren’t interested in booking through Airbnb/VRBO
